“Mike, a nice friendly courteous guy, arrived on time. He was respectful of my flooring, and asked if I would like him to wear a mask (Covid-19). He checked And replaced my furnace air filter, and then serviced my A/C. I had a few questions about what he actually did when servicing an A/C which were answered to my satisfaction. I would have him back for my heating/cooling system servicing.”
