“For the past two years we've been using AccuAir for preventive maintenance on our furnace, A/C, and gas fireplace, and to install a gas-fired unit heater in our garage. They have never been anything but professional, courteous, timely and, more importantly, good at their jobs. A few days ago we started having a problem with our A/C intermittently failing. We didn't have a lot of confidence that anyone would find a problem that wasn't happening when they were here, but Mike Dixon from AccuAir came out the day after I called, and eventually tracked the issue down to a loose low-voltage control wire on the compressor that was occasionally getting disconnected by a scrap of wood moving in the wind. He secured & reconnected the wire and cleared the debris, ran a system check, and all is fine now. I cannot recommend these folks more highly.”
