“I want to commend Accuair for their support and service during this cold spell. My furnace didn't come on this past Tuesday when it was 4 degrees in the morning. I called Accuair and scheduled emergency service for that evening. Three hours later the furnace came on so I called and cancelled the emergency service but schedule a follow up visit to make sure everything was working well and to try to figure out the problem. I do annual maintenance on my furnace. Both Victoria and Ali were great about contacting me to move my service up when new times became available. My service man, Alex called and came a bit earlier than my apointment and ran a system check for me to try to find the problem. He even went beyond to check that my gas line outside my house was free of ice and snow so it would work properly. I have used Accuair for years and remember when Dave Sale himself would come and do the maintenance. They are a reliable and knowledgable company and I highly recommend them.”
