“Our furnace stopped operating late on a Saturday evening. It was the first night of the year that the temperature was forecast to get below freezing. A call for service brought Sean Jensen to our door in less than an hour. We knew Sean from previous scheduled maintenance calls and knew he would get the furnace working again. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. On finding out that we had our annual maintenance scheduled to happen in less than a week he offered to complete that while he was here. During that thorough process he discovered that our thermostat was not in the best of shape but said it was not in immediate need of service. We knew it was quite old and asked him if he could go ahead and replace it. We liked the fact that he had the parts on his truck that were needed to do all of this work. We very much appreciated the convenience of having all that service done at one time. Over the last 6 years we've had AccuAir service our furnace, install & then service our air conditioning unit.
