“Talked with them about replacing my old electric furnace and Mike the service technician came out to take a look at our system, he was there in 2 days. I was replacing a 24 year old heater and putting in a heat pump, A/C unit and new electric forced air heater. Great customer service, Shaun (in office) was on top of things constantly calling me to give an update. Also it was scheduled for a couple weeks out then she called to say they could do a day earlier, then they asked again to come a day earlier. So 2 days earlier they come out and install all items all things done in one day. Service Man was very informative on all their products and how the system would work. Extremely nice and always willing to stop and tell us what this or that was when we had a question.”
