“Our heat pump A/C went out on a Saturday night during record setting heat in Central Oregon. I called the answering service and on Sunday morning got a call that a technician would be at my house by 10:30 am. He called ahead and gave me his arrival time. He arrived on time. Fortunately only one part malfunctioned which the tech was able to replace. 45 minutes later we had A/C! Great service on a hot weekend.”
