He's been out twice, once for regularly scheduled maintenance, at which time he recognized a developing problem with a component of our ac/heat pump, as well as saw the need for a capacitor. The second time he was out, he called ahead and ASKED if he could show up early, showed up when he said he would, covered his shoes upon each entry, had a great attitude, and completed the repair quickly and correctly. The guy is top notch.”
