Meet Alex, one of AccuAir’s go-to service technicians. With over three years of experience, he loves tackling the unique challenges HVAC systems bring and takes pride in solving problems for his customers. Outside of work, you’ll find Alex spending time with his family, taking his dog for walks, or getting creative by building intricate tiny metal models.

Mason T.

Service Technician

Mason is our highly skilled and friendly lead service technician. He started in the HVAC industry with AccuAir right out of high school 6 years ago. Mason is N.A.T.E. Certified and has been extensively trained for all of the systems he encounters. When Mason comes to your house, you are in for a great experience. Mason likes to understand the needs of his customers so he can tailor his repairs to exactly what is best for his customers. When he’s not impressing his customers, Mason is at home with his family or out and about enjoying his many friendships.

Maintenance Technician

Collin started his HVAC career at AccuAir over 3 years ago. Since day one he has been soaking up all the knowledge and experience he can and has proven his skills and talent. He is excited to be able to help people and continue to learn the trade and grow as a professional HVAC technician. When he is done solving problems at work, Collin is usually out in the woods hiking, camping and fishing for bass.

Jefferson is one of our skilled service technicians with eight years in the trade. Known for simplifying HVAC repairs for customers, he values the teamwork that makes AccuAir special. When he’s not at work, Jefferson is all about adventure—whether it's hitting the slopes or scaling a mountain!

Estimator

Michael is one of our helpful and knowledgeable Estimators. He has been in the HVAC trade 3.5 years and has been with AccuAir for the last year. Michael has been thoroughly trained to understand how HVAC systems work to make a home comfortable. Michael really enjoys the customer interactions and the feeling that comes from happy customers. After work, Michael can be found out and about enjoying good food with his family, listening to music and enjoying all the outdoor opportunities in Central Oregon.

Nate is an installation team leader. He has been in the trade for 10 years and is a second-generation HVAC craftsman. When it comes to replacing old HVAC system’s, he’s the one you want on your side. Nate gets great satisfaction from making sure his customers are comfortable and satisfied with their installation experience. When Nate gets home, he doesn’t stay there for long. He will take his wife and son off to the mountains to conquer some high peak or discover a new trail on his mountain bike.

Office Manager

Abbie is our talented office manager and been with us for 4.5 years. Her training and certifications cover everything from customer service to business development. Abbie enjoys the pace of a busy work environment, she likes her teammates hasn’t met a challenge she couldn’t overcome. Abbie comes from a loving family of five so she knows how to be diplomatic. After work she like to give us all gray hairs by skydiving and bungee jumping.

Install Coordinator

Victoria is our incredibly organized installation coordinator. She has been coordinating install jobs for 3 years. When you hire us for a new HVAC system installation, Victoria makes it happen. If you have ever worked with her, you know how pleasant she makes the experience. Victoria has been extensively trained in customer service and it shows. She appreciates the values that guide AccuAir and she loves helping her customers. When all of the installs are wrapped up for the day, she heads out to the lake or runs a 5K (if she’s not traveling the world that day).

Ali is a multi-tasking service dispatcher and has been a crucial part of the AccuAir team for 2 years. She brings lots of customer service experience from the real estate world. Ali likes tailoring her expertise to each customer and each situation to make sure she is always meeting the needs of the customer. When she’s not focused on work, Ali likes to spend time with her family and get outside to explore new adventures.

Don recently joined AccuAir as our Technical Services Manager, bringing 40 years of expertise to our team. A NATE-certified industry veteran, Don is dedicated to guiding the next generation of HVAC professionals. Outside work, he’s on his property or on stage as the drummer in his band.
