Starting his HVAC career with AccuAir three years ago, Collin has been soaking up knowledge and honing his skills ever since. Passionate about helping customers and growing in his trade, Collin is an outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time hiking, camping, and bass fishing.

Jefferson is one of our skilled service technicians with eight years in the trade. Known for simplifying HVAC repairs for customers, he values the teamwork that makes AccuAir special. When he’s not at work, Jefferson is all about adventure—whether it's hitting the slopes or scaling a mountain!

Our Senior Estimator, Mike, has been in the HVAC trade for 24 years, with a background in sheet metal work and installation before becoming an estimator nine years ago. He enjoys the variety that each unique customer and home brings to his day. When he’s not helping design new systems, he’s spending time with his family or taking his sons on woodland adventures.

Michael is one of our knowledgeable estimators with a knack for helping customers understand the ins and outs of home comfort. With 3.5 years in HVAC and a year at AccuAir, he values connecting with people and finding the best solutions for their homes. After work, Michael enjoys exploring local eateries with family and taking in all the outdoor fun Central Oregon has to offer.

Dave is the founder and owner of AccuAir. 18 years ago he figured out that the path to happiness was running his own company. His love for problem solving and helping the people around him grow and find their happiness is what keeps him going. When he isn’t at the helm of AccuAir, Dave is usually finding a new place to visit or enjoying time with his two teenage children.

Abbie, our dynamic office manager, has been a cornerstone of AccuAir for over four years. Her expertise spans customer service to business development, and her positivity is infectious. With a knack for overcoming challenges, Abbie loves the energy of a busy workplace. Outside work, she unwinds with thrilling skydiving and bungee jumping sessions—keeping all of us on our toes!

With three years in the role, she’s known for making the process seamless and pleasant for every customer.
