As an EPA-certified technician, he's committed to developing his skills and tackling the challenges that come with mastering a new trade. Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to music, and playing games. Our Senior Estimator, Mike, has been in the HVAC trade for 24 years, with a background in sheet metal work and installation before becoming an estimator nine years ago. He enjoys the variety that each unique customer and home brings to his day. When he’s not helping design new systems, he’s spending time with his family or taking his sons on woodland adventures.

Lead Installer

With over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Andrew Velasquez brings both technical expertise and a passion for helping families stay comfortable in their homes. He’s especially excited about how the industry continues to evolve with new technology and energy-efficient solutions. When he’s not on the job, Andrew enjoys building computers and spending time outdoors with friends and family. A true family man at heart, he takes pride in treating every customer’s home like his own.

Installer

With 7 years of HVAC installation experience and EPA certification, Daniel brings a dependable, hands-on approach to every job. He’s passionate about continually learning new skills and staying sharp in a trade that’s always evolving. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fishing, camping, and soaking in hot springs. He also serves on a NASCAR fire crew and volunteers his time coaching kids' sports—showing the same dedication to his community that he brings to the job each day. Daniel says one of the best parts of his role is the people he works with, and he’s proud to be part of the AccuAir team.

New to the HVAC industry, Ian has quickly shown a strong work ethic and attention to detail in his first few months on the job. He’s both Mitsubishi Ductless and EPA certified, and takes pride in making every install look as clean and professional as possible. Coming from a background in production, Ian is grateful for the opportunity to grow in the HVAC trade and values the hands-on experience he’s gaining with the AccuAir team. In his free time, Ian enjoys playing baseball, dirt biking, and hiking with his girlfriend—always up for an adventure outdoors.

Dave is the founder and owner of AccuAir. 18 years ago he figured out that the path to happiness was running his own company. His love for problem solving and helping the people around him grow and find their happiness is what keeps him going. When he isn’t at the helm of AccuAir, Dave is usually finding a new place to visit or enjoying time with his two teenage children.

Abbie, our dynamic office manager, has been a cornerstone of AccuAir for over four years. Her expertise spans customer service to business development, and her positivity is infectious. With a knack for overcoming challenges, Abbie loves the energy of a busy workplace. Outside work, she unwinds with thrilling skydiving and bungee jumping sessions—keeping all of us on our toes!

With 5 years of dispatching experience, Rachel brings organization, professionalism, and a caring attitude to every customer interaction. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys all forms of art, gardening, and giving back to her community. She volunteers weekly in Christian public ministry, reflecting her strong values and commitment to serving others in and out of the workplace.

With 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Ellie brings energy, organization, and a customer-first mindset to her role. As a Dispatcher and Sales Coordinator, she takes pride in being a helpful point of contact for customers—especially during stressful situations when prompt support matters most. A true outdoor enthusiast, Ellie enjoys whitewater rafting, hiking, and anything that gets her outside. She also volunteers her time for park cleanups and local community events, reflecting her commitment to both people and the environment.
