“Mason was awesome. He explained everything, took the entire fireplace apart & installed the new equipment, started it and let it run. Unfortunately, it shut itself off after a few minutes so he adjusted it to keep it going. Mason was polite, courteous and respectful of the COVID situation. He gets an A+.”
