He was very concise and knowledgeable when explaining the new terms of the yearly maintenance agreement which covers a broader scope than the previous version. Work was completed and he asked if I had any questions or concerns regarding the system which proved he was concerned about positive customer service. We have used AccuAir for about eight years and have never been disappointed by any of the technicians.
