“I called Accuair to come and check my gas fireplace which was working intermittently. Alex came out to check it.. Alex was very friendly and engaging. Before he looked at the fireplace I told him I had a couple of error codes on my thermostat which he immediately went to check out. He discovered my heat pump was locked out and not running. We decided that that situation was our first priority. He performed several tests and determined there was a hole in one of the copper tubes at the bottom of the heat pump. He had the knowledge and skills to perform the repair immediately. The location of the hole was challenging but he was able to fix it and had several ideas and solutions to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout the fix. Accurair has always been very fair and honest in all there work and have had very well trained and knowledgable technicians. They have been my go to company for many years. I highly recommend them.”
