“Mike C, was so precise and looked through my entire home. Cross base, attics, checked every vent. He also came by on the Saturday when another technician turned my heat switch off and forgot to turn it back on. Mike C, drove to my home and the technician called him and told him about the on/off switch, once that was turned back on…I had heat. I choose to get a new furnace since my home is 24 and so was the furnace. But I was very thankful that I made that decision based on the excellent customer service.
