They took the time to answer all my questions which truly put me at ease. After installation they explained in detail how to operate the system. “Office & HVAC staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. After numerous problems with our old gas furnace, they helped us choose a new one. Had to wait several months to receive it due to supply-side issues. It arrived during the hottest week of July, with record-breaking temps. Accu-Air was kind enough to store the furnace until early Sept, when temps cooled down. Installation went well, as did follow-up problem diagnosis. They also tweeked the system to satisfy our needs. Plus, they wear booties and face masks if you like. So glad we chose them for our HVAC needs!”
