“Once again very impressed with AccuAir. I advised Dave over the weekend that I was having difficulty with my system but did not feel it was an emergency. Monday early AM he was back with me and checking my system remotely. It was determined a service call was necessary and they were ready to come that afternoon. I requested the next day and they accommodated. Tyler came out and did a thorough check of the system. He felt we had a leak resulting in zero pressure in the heat pump. He went over everything he was going to do and the potential cost before hand. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The leak was in a difficult place. He explained how he was going to repair it and answered all questions. He did a great job. I have been a customer of AccuAir for about ten years. They are honest, fair, and do excellent work which they stand by. I highly recommend them.”

“Was a good quick look, your man was very nice. the only problem I have is with the price of the capacitor he replaced. $144 bucks is quite a price for a small capacitor. I am an old electrical, got curious went and looked around. I will tell you this, your markup is excessive. I know you guys have to make money, but gees 100% plus is a little much.
