“Our experience w AccuAir was wonderful. We initially called a different company and thought they had fixed the problem, which was not the case, it somehow worked while they were there but w/in a couple days the system quit working again. We called AccuAir, Mason T came out w a co-worker, they presented professional and were very knowledgeable, they went above and beyond, not just looking at the unit and the controls in the house and outside but also went into the crawl space to ensure that everything that was out of view was working properly as well. They found the root of the problem in the crawl space and fixed it.
Without hesitation, when we needed help again, we used Accu Air and Mason was our tech, again! He’s thorough, knowledgeable, professional, explains the situation and ensures we understand, presents us w options and is just such a nice guy!
