Paid a bit more than anticipated but was pleased with the follow-up and thru of Micheal Crowe as well as the install tech's Nate and Bryan. Can't say enough about Victoria's attention to detail to get this scheduled.
Awarded bid primarily due to Micheal's thoroughness and pleasant personality but also a "do not exceed" price quote. Extremely pleased with how Nate and Bryan managed the installation and kept me advised along the way.
On the downside I am perplexed that no military or senior discounts were provided. Conversely, I wasn't a bit surprised when I was approached and replied: I would allow an "advertising sign" on my property for Accu Air if I received any type of discount-which never came and obviously neither did the sign.
Overall I'd give Accu Air an 8. I don't award 1's or 10's.”
