“Mike was our tech and he was very patient, he first came and did a patch to keep our heat going. Then after the parts come in he came and replaced our control panel and upgraded our thermostat. He worked long and hard on our unit. It's a proprietary system and has 3 zones. He explained everything as he went. I would highly recommend him to work on any home. Very professional. Cleaned up after he left as well.”
