“I have recently moved to Sisters (9/10/20) and had several questions about the air filtration equipment in the house I'm renting. Abbey patiently, professionally and politely answered all of my questions, and offered to research the one she couldn't immediately. She also recommended a charcoal air filter to help alleviate smoke in the house (from the nearby fires), which isn't available at any of the nearby hardware stores. She then ordered one for me and the owners permitted me to pick up and install the filter myself, thereby avoiding a service call. The filter was available the very next day! When I arrived to pick it up, Abbey was just as delightful in person as she was over the phone.
