He did annual maintenance on my air conditioning unit and also changed out a switch on my old (1936 built house) gas line which had become frozen up over time. He also told me about an air scrubber machine which could rid the house of odors, germs and allergens — which I decided to buy since my son-in-law suffers from allergies and I want my house to be as clean for him as possible.
