Saved me over $1000 on getting the replacement part under warranty even though I am a new owner of this older property and didn't qualify for the warranty. The part arrived earlier than expected and they came out that same day to fix the much-needed heat from the Split. Special thanks to the friendly ladies who answer the phone and call with updates…Shane who came to inspect the problem and spoke to the owner (thank you Shane) who then hooked us up with the warranty and big savings on the broken part (unexpected and above beyond) …and Mike the Technician who fixed the Split and took the extra time in showing us all the ins and outs of working the remote for the Split as we are new owners and weren't aware of all of the control options.
