“We had Accuair install a furnace, air conditioner and Accuclean filtration system. They employ top notch techs who show up on time. The communication was excellent: the office manager, techs and sales friendly and professional. The cost for the system seems to be at market rate and paying them was easy.
That said we did have a few issues: the system quit working a couple of days in, which required a simple fix to the condensation line, which they remedied same day.
The second issue was with the largest upstairs bedroom: 8-10 degrees hotter. Initially they chose to vent a smaller more easily accessible bedroom and ignore the much larger room. The company fixed this too, but did charge us for their oversight: an extra 400.00.
Items they missed the first time around and corrected at our request: rerouting the condensation line so it wasn't hanging out where it could get damaged, levelling the furnace, and neatening up the insulation on the base where the furnace sits.
So, there were some hiccoughs, but ultimately, we got what we needed. We have heating and cooling and our air is cleaner.
