“Experience was very good. The tech conferred with me on all issues. He cleaned the condensation drain line.
In the evening we stared hearing an annoying popping noise. I called on Saturday morning and received an answer very quickly. Told for the first time the line has a pee trap that had not filled completely with water and that is what was causing the noise. I opened the front of the unit and poured water into the condensate line and the noise went away. Maybe when cleaning a condensate line the practice of putting water back in the trap should be added to the routine.”
